Golden Indeed
First this is not Ted Williams the baseball player. This is about Ted Williams the golden voice who just a few days ago was as homeless as a stray dog until journalist Kevin Joy from the Columbus Dispatch newspaper read his sign: "I have a God given gift of voice, an ex-radio announcer who has fallen on hard times. Please any help would be greatly appreciated.”
Kevin's curiosity just found the "x marks the spot" for Ted Williams. What was once a homeless, jobless, penniless... became a viral video sensation that raked in an astounding 4 million + views in just 24 hours. Within hours, job offers came rolling in. National Football League, Cleavland Cavaliers, Ohio Credit Union League, local broadcasters and many more.
Tracy Merek of the Cavaliers has confirmed giving Ted, a father of nine, a full time job and a new home. Who know Ted Williams could be the next Donald Leroy "Don" LaFontaine. You may not know Don but he's the voice behind most of those big time movie trailers.

Simply an amazing story. Golden voice indeed and I can't imagine anyone not being in his corner. YOU GO TED! I wish him the best as I think most people will. Fate, the internet, or both??? Imagine what life would be like for so many successes today if it hadn't been for the web, youtube, etc. Just a fabulous story.
